Far too often, commercial property managers fail to use top quality contractors, especially when they’re new to the job in a large commercial property management firm and they ‘inherit’ a contractor from the previous manager.
Insurance, financial probity, reputation, quality, punctuality and service delivery are all crucial factors in deciding which contractors to use, but more often than not, we find that inexperienced property managers just don’t do enough due diligence on suppliers.
